Compass Pools created a surface called Bi-Luminite ®, which creates brilliant and stunning water colours. The best thing about this surface is that it is so smooth that kids will not graze their skin.
The Bi-Luminite ® chips encapsulated within a UV stabilized clear resin, together with the underlying Bi-Luminite ® colour base, are the secret behind our stunning range of water colours.
